You’re welcome to use the driveway briefly to load and unload your belongings when arriving or departing 🚗

Parking is located on the street directly in front of the home and is free, first come first serve. There is typically plenty of availability in the area.

Getting around from our suite is a breeze! Free street parking is readily available right in front of the house. For those relying on public transport, the Somerset-Bridlewood LRT station is a short drive away, offering convenient access to downtown Calgary and other city destinations. From there, you can easily connect to various bus routes. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive, depending on traffic. If you`re planning a day trip to Spruce Meadows, you`re in luck – it`s just a quick 10-15 minute drive! Whether you`re commuting, exploring, or catching a flight, you`ll find our location well-connected.

This is a private basement suite with a separate entrance. There may be guests or residents in the upstairs unit, so we kindly ask that all guests are respectful of quiet hours and shared surroundings 😊

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

We do not allow unauthorized guests. The maximum occupancy must be respected at all times, and any additional guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges.

The maximum number of guests must be respected at all times. Any additional or unapproved guests will result in a $100 charge per person, per night.

• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please be mindful of noise during these hours, as there may be guests or residents in the upstairs unit.

• No smoking or vaping
Smoking or vaping inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not respected.

• Excessive mess / damage
The space must be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, stains, spills, or damage beyond normal use (including bodily fluids, food waste, or garbage left throughout the unit) may result in an additional $250+ cleaning or damage fee.

• Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be approved in advance.

• Respect the space
Please treat the home with care so we can continue providing a clean, 5-star experience for all guests ✨

• No mail or package deliveries
Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property during your stay.

• No pets
We do not allow pets in the unit. Bringing a pet without approval may result in additional cleaning fees.
