« Very clean accommodation. I felt safe. Hotel management makes safety a priority. Although this is a boutique hotel without a lobby with coffee or drinks, there is a 7-Eleven a couple doors down and plenty of coffee shops and eateries about a 10 minute walk up the street on Piedmont Avenue. « Big issue: Cold water in the shower. They gotta fix that. Water was NOT even warm after five minutes running. Finally got fairly warm after ten minutes. Never hot. Very meager food for their breakfast buffet. Very meager with pillows and towels. Room itself was good: good micro, frig, bed, really big shower. EXCEPT the toilet was not flushing properly. "Perfectly located next to Union square and Powell cable-car. Direct access from the Airport with BART. A block away from car rentals if you want to drive out of the city. Wonderful renovated pool, just warm enough for a good swim before touring."
