A wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes are accessible within a short walk, while the bustling Mill Road and historic university are only a little further on. For business travellers and relocations, the train station, Business Park and Science Park are also within a short commute.

With different designs offered at Lacon House, every apartment features a stunning open-plan kitchen/living space. The beautiful fitted kitchens with slate finished worktops all benefit from induction hobs, in-built overs, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, washing machines and a separate microwave. The kitchen flows into a generous living space, perfect for entertaining or a quiet night in!

The master bedrooms at Lacon House apartments feature standing wardrobes or a chest of drawers. The beds are dressed with 300 thread count Egyptian Cotton bedsheets and duck-down duvets.

The sleek bathrooms are tiled with a clean, modern finish and feature a large walk-in shower, wash basin and w.c. They are well-proportioned with overhead showers, hand-held shower, and heated towel rails. Aromatherapy Associates toiletries, eye masks, and slippers are provided with our compliments for each guest.
