This stylish and modern 2 bedroom townhouse is ideally located just off Hills Road in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has been recently decorated and furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge. This is the perfect place for exploring, working or a weekend getaway, with everything needed a short walk or drive away. Cambridge train station (12 mins walk) and Cambridge Leisure Park (5 mins walk), each have cafes, restaurants and supermarkets to visit.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with Shower Ensuite and built-in wardrobe.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with Shower Ensuite and hanging space.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also a dedicated working desk to work from home, and a super fast wifi connection up to 150Mbps. There is also a small private garden area with outdoor seating guests can use.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is a dedicated parking spot undercover in the car park, that is available and free for guests to use during their stay. On street parking is for residents only between the hours of 10am - 6pm.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated in the centre of Cambridge, it is a 5 minute walk to Cambridge Leisure Park and Hills Road, so only a short walk to local coffee shops, restaurants and numerous supermarkets, as well as family entertainment with a cinema and bowling alley. Cambridge train station is a 12 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
It is a short walk to local bus stops taking you into the city centre, Cambridge station, Addenbrookes hospital and the Biomedical Campus. There is also a local sports field (5mins walk) with kids playground and paddling pool, soccer field, tennis and basketball courts.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in the entrance hallway.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care of it as you would your own.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
