Big Niangua Getaway is located at the 8.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm of Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, where boating, fishing, swimming, and waterfront days are part of the experience. Enjoy direct access to the community marina, two outdoor pools, basketball court, and outdoor recreation space, then explore Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave, or the shops and restaurants around the lake. With lake views at home, it’s easy to mix adventure with time by the water.



The Space:

Inside, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas create an easy flow for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen features a counter with additional seating, giving guests a place to chat as meals are prepared. The dining table seats 6 for shared meals. Just beyond, the living area offers a large plush L-shaped sofa and smart TV for cozy evenings spent relaxing or streaming your favorites. Sliding doors open to the screened deck, extending the living space outdoors. An outdoor table and chairs overlook the lake and marina, creating a scenic spot for morning coffee, an alfresco meal, or an evening drink while taking in the views.



This home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, deck access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and dual vanity.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Trailer parking is not permitted. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking entry walkways or stairways to buildings or dumpsters. Only vehicles marked accordingly may be parked in designated handicapped spots.

• Fishing is not permitted from inside the pool areas over the lakeside railings.

• The kitchen also includes an indoor griddle and slow cooker for guest use.
