The listing claims it’s a 2-bedroom, but one of the rooms is just a converted garage, making the layout dark and uncomfortable.The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. Ants were all over the floors, walls and an outlet near the counter. We left our takeout on the counter while settling in, only to find it covered in ants when we went to eat. „The place has a lovely view of the city lights and is on a beautiful hillside. It's quiet and peaceful with easy access to downtown Los Gatos. Los Gatos is a quaint small town set in the hillside of the Santa Cruz Mtns. 30 min drive in either direction gets you to the heart of Silicon Valley or the coastline beaches of Santa Cruz. „The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.“
