âObwohl ich bei der Buchung angegeben hatte "early check in, approx. 6:00 AM" (Ankunft in Sau Paulo 4:20 h!) wollte man zuerst eine volle Ăbernachtungsrate fĂŒr check in vor 14:00 h kassieren. Nach ĂŒber 3 h Warten und mehrmaligen GesprĂ€chen mit den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption hat man mir dann "gnĂ€diger Weise" ein Zimmer, schlechter als gebucht, ohne zusĂ€tzliche Berechnung ĂŒberlassen.

âRestaurant is operated a little poorly (3d ishes that were ordered the same time arrived one at a time with 15min inbetween, waiters not attentive, other than that the hotel is good. Clean with comfy beds and competent personnel at the reception.â
