« The property was spacious, clean and well kept. The location was perfect. Close to the Spanish Steps and the Metro. My family was very pleased with our stay. The only issue we had was with the Wifi. It cut out on us the second day. We contacted the host and it was fixed. »

« Super séjour baignoir spa un régal emplacement idéal »

« The apartment was nice and well located. The most serious complaint we had was that the water in the main bathroom smelled like a sewer all week. We assumed it might go away but it didn’t. The shower water and the toilet both reeled of the sewer. Perhaps the plumbing in some buildings in Rome have the problem but we’ve never experienced it before in any Italian hotel we’ve stay in. »

« 100% recommended! Steps from the Spanish Steps yet somehow a quiet residential getaway. Emanuela was wonderful and has clearly put her heart into making the apartment a perfect vacation spot. The kitchen was well equipped, and there is a grocery store nearby so you can feel like a Roman, cooking a meal before or after turning the corner and being in the hustle and bustle of Rome and all its attractions! Thanks so much for the great home away from home! »

« Wonderful convenient location and nice renovated well equipped apartment in historic building. Ended costing more than expected after all charges and city tax payment more of a hassle than necessary. Entry door instructions could be clearer. Daily housekeeping Never needed to call manager. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you. »

« Classy, beautiful with attention to details. Great showers! Great location… Will book again »

« Very hospitable host & comfortable. Suited us perfectly! »

« Clean, kitchen was full stocked to cook. Bathrooms nice. Beds soft. Staff friendly by text & prompt to reply. WiFi good, good location, has a lift and few stairs to apartment. Cute Juliet windows, nice TV in living room. Big kitchen table to eat at for family. I would recommend to stay at. Dino the owner and his staff are helpful. »

« Antonella was nice and arranging. The room was perfectly place and you will love the ice creamer at the corner of the street. The mattress was tough for us. I recommand this room. »

« Perfect location, great AC during this heat wave, easy access and communication. We loved getting pastries and gelato downstairs and watching the street life from the balcony. Note that the ceilings up in the loft are low, but our kids just fit and they loved having their own special area »

Parfait »

« Salve. Location was amazing. Easy to park a scooter in the via. Close to many famous landmark and restaurants (osteria di ponte was 2 mins by walk and was our fave). Clean, big and very authentic. Ceilings in stones, woods, ceramic. It smelled a bit humid, but nothing to refrain us to rent the location again in the future. Laundry machine on location was handy and appeciated. The little water fountain close by was a plus. 5 stars for us. Grazie e arrivederci »

« Propre et bien aménagé ! »
