„Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. „Entering the hotel was not very inviting. Staff did not seem to speak very good English and we could not really understand them. The bar was beautiful, but once again not very inviting. We did not feel welcome. The room was "okay". There was an opened coffee pod that we did not open. Who ever installed the fireplace was not very good. The breakfast was all over the place.
