« This is a lovely property in a good location. It could do with some additional cutlery in the kitchen and some new linen but it was very clean and comfortable. There is no heating in the living areas but the heating in the bedrooms, if left on, will heat these areas. Bathroom is toasty warm with underfloor heating. Garage is very small and our tiny Mazda 2 only just fitted in »

« This historic property is so close to the shops and restaurants of Manuka that we could walk to them as if they were extensions of the house itself! Because we were in Canberra as visiting professors at ANU, our stay was an extended one, and we often worked at the house and walked over for morning and afternoon teas in Manuka. The whole neighborhood became our home, and that made it a very lively, interesting place to live. »

« I would say place is very average in terms of standard, good few key issues such as squeaky floor, loose bed frames which may impact your sleep - impacted us. Front and back yard needs lots of clean up, didn't impact us. Other issues such as fan, tissues, gas burner, power trip all were actively sorted by host. My Rating for host is high. He is very responsive and available to sort what is possible he could, helpful for any information »
