« This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. « The place was filthy, stains on the carpet dirty windows. Broken doors & the garden was over grown so couldn't use it. Also 2 cars in garden that host said were being moved, but after looking properly in to it they have been there for months. Photos used in the advert on website are years old, from when the property was sold 2 years ago, so very misleading. Had no communication from host. Would not recommend staying here at all. We were very disappointed. »

« We had electrical issues on 3 occasions with the electrician required eventually due to losing power in the kitchen as apparently the dishwasher was faulty as well as dubious taped wires a concern. The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table.
