A comfortable and convenient hotel for our planned visit to National Gallery. The room we requested, a twin, was dysfunctional due to the placement of a table between the beds and we asked if the table and beds could be moved, the person on the desk said he would do what he could, but on returning to the room after dinner nothing had been done. We sorted it in a couple of minutes.
Breakfast arrangement was a shambles until one learned that you found your own table, if there was one that had been cleared, and ordered at the bar counter. Excellent breakfast, poor restaurant management.
