Honestly I cannot think of any reason to stay at this resort. They hide terrible service behind a language barrier . even when you translate and speak spanish to tell them exactly what you need, they just say no no no repeatedly. from the moment we checked in, they didn’t give us wifi codes or towel cards or bother to bring up our luggage we had to go back downstairs and collect it ourselves after waiting 45 mins. (no instruction here) every other resort we stayed at provided this service for us
they brung us a bottle of champagne with a broken cork and when we requested help to open it or a cork screw we were told no. it was only 9:30 pm.
terrible room service options if you aren’t an elite member. wifi disconnects all day long
there was hair in my soup at the Italian restaurant
it’s a small resort. the lobby/bar is the only hangout outside of the pools which close at like 6
there’s a view of a building being constructed across street where you literally have a direct view of the construction workers
our housekeeper left her dirty rags in our room along with the pillow cases that she changed
poor overall service and staff. these aren’t people who enjoy hospitality the forced smiles and holas from the staff and some of them just stare right at you. just unfriendly and unwelcomed feeling. maybe they hate this terrible resort also
the staff kept getting dinner order incorrect. brought out food we did not order
