« Communication was excellent and Lindsay was very accommodating. The place was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a great weekend visit. Good location to go to Buttermilk Falls, the Commons and Ithaca. Would highly recommend this charming place. »

The outdoor spots were perfect for relaxing together and the elegant bedrooms made everyone feel pampered. The host was friendly and responsive and the house was spotless. « The perfect location for visiting both Ithaca College and Cornell University. The space was bright, clean, with a lovely spacious feeling. We enjoyed hosting a group of incoming juniors with a bbq and game night. Close to many gorges. I will definitely be staying there again. Perfect! »

« City girl needing some relaxation. The Hobbit house was adorable and came with everything we needed. We wanted to hike some of the surrounding falls and explore a bit, and Scottland yard property was the perfect place to come “home” to. Loved waking up to the sounds of all the animals they have on the property. Will try and make it back! »

« Check in was easy. It was cooled by two portable AC units. Lots of space »

« Over all a cozy home just as described. Close to ithica and state parks. At night it was far enough away from light pollution that we could see all the stars (there was a meteor shower during our stay). »

« Property had good parking for several cars, easy to use pin pad for coming and going, and had great kitchen, living, and outdoor spaces to gather a large group that the property can accommodate. Host was clear, attentive, and responsive. Would book again if back. »

« Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch! »

« This house was beautifully, corky decorated and we all loved it. The hosts provide you with everything from Qtips, to dental plackers to hairdryers, indoor and outdoor games and plenty of towels. The central air was a life saver and the 3 full bathrooms were amazing. Can't say enough about how much we loved this place and will definitely stay again. »

« Check In was absolutely seamless. The home was so perfect for our large group of adults and children of different ages. The older boys loved the pool table and the younger ones enjoyed the hot tub. We all enjoyed the beautiful fire pit and gorgeous lawn. The best part though was the incredible kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve wonderful meals.
