La salle de bain sentait le renfermé, l’eau croupie. On a trouvé un préservatif dans une bassine lors de notre arrivée. Sinon correct mais un peu cher pour Bali.

Endroit correct
L’endroit est propre et bien situé , il n’y manque de rien. Mais le personnel qui y travaille ne parle pas anglais, ils ont l’air totalement ennuyé, passant la journée sur leur téléphone, sans pouvoir répondre à nos questions. La piscine est minuscule et pas très propre et il y a toujours un odeur d’égout dans l’entrée.

Place was in good location. Nice pool to cool off in. Air conditioning works well. Fresh towels upon request. Wouldn’t touch the kitchen appliances but the fridge was good to keep my water cold. No hand soap in washroom had to buy our own. Bathroom was clean though, as well as fresh and clean linen. Wifi straight up sucked unless you were in the common area. There’s like an ant infestation outside of the rooms, thankfully didn’t reach inside our room but you would find a lot in the pool and I would clean bugs out of the pool myself lol. Still very much so enjoyed my stay in Canggu. Lots of option for restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store up the street and round the corner! Staff was nice and friendly too.

Walking distance to ocean and great restaurants. White sheets and great shower pressure but water was cold for majority of the time and the white sheets had a few stains. The kind staff member changed them as soon as I told him

I honestly don’t know how this place got such good reviews. My first impression was kids sleeping on the floor at the entrance. They are the ones running the place. The room smelled like there was a sewer pipe that busted near by. I have nothing good to say about the place but the location is nice.

Die vielen russischen Gäste sind ziemlich laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Die Qualität des TV Empfang ist jedoch sehr schlecht. Der Pool ist klein aber sehr sauber. Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten was sehr schade ist. Das könnte man doch ändern. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Good location, friendly staff, good shower. Could not get the TV to work, toilet smelt a bit, needed to close door. Nice small pool though no where to sit around it. Adequate cooking facilities and two fridges outside of the four balcony rooms.

Mosquitoes everywhere in room it can’t be avoided
We were given room 10 up stairs. We recommend not staying here unless you want to get eaten alive by bugs. The door to the room is carved out in wood with holes in it which gives free access to all kinds of bugs. We checked in around 12pm and checked out 2 hours later. The short time we stayed we had mosquito bites all over us even after spraying bug spray everywhere. There is also no reception area here, you have to yell out and wait for someone to come find you. The pool area is also super small.

Good stay
Fine hotel for the price . I stayed in the side building which one accesses through the parking garage and then theres a stairs that leads you to an upstairs communal area with a few rooms. The was nice and spacious with lots of light and a big bathroom. Can't complain for the price is was fine. I thought I was staying in the building with the pool and the publicized fotos - so was thrown off by that, but other than that was good.

Arrived at the homestay to be shown my room. The only other time I saw someone is when I got told they don’t do laundry, even though it said online they do. Could not find anyone to ask about airport transfer, so ended up getting a taxi, which was actually cheaper. The bed was nice a comfy, the bathroom was okay, smelled but the shower was hot. Overall, stay was okay.

Perfect location in Canggu! But the bathroom! Omg it was a disaster! They didn’t really clean the bathroom just changed the towels. But we stayed there just because of the location and it was a good price.

Place is run by kids that are more interested in sleeping than working. One person speaks english, the rest just point at translation program. Room full of spiders and mosquitoes. Cleaning staff like to keeo doors open to let more mosquitoes in room.Tiny Fridge is filthy and full of old food. Kitchen counter full of ants. Glasses and plates smell. Pool is full of chlorine that burned cuts on a child. Water bottle is changed long after it has sat empty for a while. Need to ask for everything. Not many racks to hang wet clothes. Serious noise and dust from construction across alley.

Great place but inaccurate listing
Great location. The staff were more than happy to help out and arrange scooters etc. However, something to note - the standard rooms do not all include a patio/balcony as stated on hotels.com and the homestay has a kitchen for use, as opposed to a restaurant (although great restaurants are literally around the corner), and there are several other inaccuracies with what is on hotels.com. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend.

Close to Finns beach club, and beach is less than 5 min walk away. Cafe and restaurants next door, locals are lovely and so much to do!

Great Bali homestay!
Adi Homestay was my home for a few nights as I explored Canggu and checked out the local beaches. The location was perfect--between the beach and main retail/dining road in Canggu. It's just off the main Street, so it stays quiet at night. The room was comfortable and everything was cleaned each day. Cold AC & hot showers worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything I needed to make my Bali visit memorable and comfortable.

Good location but poor everything else!
It’s a good location and the room is spacious but that’s where the positives end. Check in was unwelcoming, the room was mostly clean but a couple of bugs on the bed. The bathroom was full of ants and not enough hot water. Also a very bad sewage smell in room and outdoor area. I had food poisoning for this part of the trip and the stay here did not help at all!

Good!
It is a short walk (5-10min) from the beach. The room was clean however it can be quite noisy as there isn't any sound proofing. When we stayed there was this family with 3 small kids which woke us up at 6am every day. The cafes and restaunts around were very cute and there was plenty to chose from. There is a modern supermarket around 5min walk away where everything is available.

格安の宿
初めてのホームステイスタイルの宿でしたがのんびり出来ました。 私の止まった部屋no.3は車の多い道路に面しておらず、窓を開けたままにしても騒音は気にならなかったです。 トイレの水が流れ続けていたこと、水漏れごありトイレご水浸しになっていたのが残念。 ちなみにホームステイの前にナシブンクスを50kで売っているローカル相手の店ごあり毎朝利用していました。お腹は大丈夫でした！

berawa beachに近く レストランやスーパーなど近隣にあるので便利なホームステイだと思います。ゆるーい感じのスタッフがいいです。 お掃除は毎日入りますが、シーツ&タオル類の交換はありません(言えば交換可能です) サーファー御用達ホームステイなので プールを利用する人は全くいません。(プールもかなり小さい) ほぼ寝るだけで利用なら、リーズナブルで良いと思います。

A great experience
Would happily recommend ADI Homestay. Were originally booked for a week but extended it to nearly a month. Great location - cafes and supermarket close by. Lovely staff. Very clean. Shady pool. Good wifi.

Great place to stay in Canggu/Berawa!
Adi Homestay made for a great trip to Canggu. It is walking distance to Berawa Beach with lots of great food options nearby. The more popular area is not too far of a walk away, but most people rent motorbikes as there are no sidewalks. Wifi at the guesthouse was surprisingly fast compared to other places we stayed in Bali. Overall, the service at Adi Homestay was great and I would recommend anyone to stay there. Rooms were very clean and the shower had decent water pressure. Only small downside was that they clean the front porch area every morning at 8am and this woke us up every day - chairs are moved to sweep very loudly and while we appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness, it wasn't an ideal wake up call.

Canggu - Berawa
Adi Homestay er et enkelt sted å bo, men det tilsvarer jo prisen og passet meg perfekt. Innsjekking og velkomst var hyggelig, litt dårlige engelsk kunnskaper, men et utrolig hyggelig personale, og jeg fikk alt jeg ba om. Den ene vaksedamen synes neglelakken min var så fin, så da malte vi hennes negler også:) Vann var tilgjenglig og tilbud om te/kaffe. Kjøkken også disponibelt. Det lille badebassenget i bakgården var også fint og rent. De ordnet moped til meg 07 sharp neste morgen, og hadde den hele oppholdet, 50000 rupiah pr dag, brukte denne til andre ting. Litt ustabilt wifi om man er avhengig av det, men det gjaldt hele området, Berawa. Jeg bruker ikke mye Tv, den som var der funket helt ok, med internasjonale kanaler. Aircondition fungerte optimalt. Stedet ligger rett ved veien, men jeg ble ikke særlig sjenert av trafikken. Apotek i nærheten, noen småbutikker, og mange fine og hyggelig restauranter og cafeer i gåavstand og stranden er bare 5 min unna. Her er det fantastisk å se solnedgangen og surfe kan man også gjøre. Liv vakt der hele dagen og flere enklere strand senger og beanbags. Vil absolutt anbefale Adi :)

Så värt pengarna!
Allting var jätte bra med detta boende. Rummen var fina och rymliga, fin pool utanför dörren, läget va är bra och personalen var jätte trevlig och höll det väldigt rent. Det fanns även ett utomhuskök precis utanför som var tillgängligt för alla. En enda sak som var dåligt var dom super tunna dörrarna. Gäster badade i poolen på natten och man kunde höra nästan exakt allt dom sa. Men annars väldigt bra!

Really good!
Really good. Great price, good location, lovely staff (really helpfull), clean, comfertable bed and nice big bathrooms. It’s a very good choice for that amount of money. Would recommend for anybody :)

Quiet side of town and great price
This place is really simple and pretty spacious. It’s on the quiet side of town close to Berawa beach-10 min walk. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Really ideal for a longer stay and you want to save money.
