Gut: Sauberkeit
The room overall was very good lots of room and generally clean and well stocked. However we had issues in a few areas, the couch pullout bed was broken and was very difficult to get back down. One of the side hinges was bent and on the other side the hinge was missing some components. the couch arm was broken, and the mattress was none useable. The service brought over some extra comforters that we used to make it somewhat useable. One of the pillows we thought was a feather pillow and the person on the couch was allergic so we took the pillow case off to use it on another pillow and the pillow had blood spots on it, Either the pillow case had never been changed or the cleaners never bothered to swap out the pillow. The toilet in the master ensuite didn't flush properly so we had to to a quick repair and the toilet paper holder was broke and kept falling off we left it off.location was great and the pool and hot tubs were very good. The main issue was the quality of cleaning and maintenance.
