We had a lovely time at Fabrice and Stephanie’s house. It is a charming provencal villa. The outdoor areas and pool were great for hanging out. There is a little area for playing petanque which father/son/grandson thoroughly enjoyed competing with each other!! We stayed for the whole month of June and the weather was perfect. Pool was not heated and it was fine. Airconditioning in the house worked very well (we are Americans and used to super cold a/c and heated pools!). The house is conveniently located near a supermarket, gas station and boulangerie. Stephanie also has a lovely lemon tree in her yard and shared her lemons with us! Stephanie was very responsive to any questions/matters we had and was most hospitable. You couldn’t be in better hands!

De beaux extérieurs mais bastide peu confortable

De beaux extérieurs, joli jardin et belle piscine bastide peu confortable chemin d’accès à la maison étroit et non carrossable, avec des haies non taillées qui rayent les voitures (chemin long de 100 mètres traversant une habitation privée) Les portes intérieures sont relativement basses pour les personnes de taille standard La porte d’une salle d’eau avec wc qui donne dans l’entrée n’a pas de verrou. Il n’y a pas de rideau occultant dans les chambres Il n’y a pas de rangement dans les chambres pour y déposer nos vêtements. Passage du personnel d’entretien à 9h le jeudi et le vendredi

A gorgeous and charming base to explore and recharge….

Stephanie and Fabrice’s beautiful, charming and delightfully unique house close to Valbonne was the perfect base for our family trip to the South of France. Beautifully appointed, clean and with an amazing outside space to swim, lounge and dine this was a great base to explore Monaco, Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and Antibes, all within easy driving distance. Nothing really to fault this property and the hosts who were not too far away if there were any problems. We were met at the property and Stephanie gave us a tour and loads of tips and restaurant recommendations to try out….nothing too much trouble. First class….would not hesitate to return.

Very nice villa in the South

We booked this villa as a last minute gateway for our family and we really enjoyed our stay! Stephanie and Fabrice are great hosts, who waited for us until very late hours due to big delay at the airport. The villa is located in a small village, about 30 minutes drive from Nice Airport. There's local supermarket within 10 minutes walk, small bakery and a very nice family run French cafe. The villa is very stylish with plenty of cool features. The pool is amazing, quite large and modern, although we didn't use it much due to the fact that most of us had colds sadly. We found the area very safe, and it was very important for us due to some past experience. Would definitely come and stay again - very much recommended!

Authentic French Villa - awesome pool area

This villa is an authentic French villa. Bathrooms have been updated and the 4th bedroom has been tastefully added to match the rest of the house. The kitchen is authentic and functional with everything you need. The standout is the pool area. The land is elevated so the view is beautiful and the morning sun rises are so tranquil and peaceful. Sunny afternoons were spent swimming and lazing on the lounges after a morning of touring and often evenings were spent eating outside too. This area really was usable sunrise to sunset. The property is secluded, quiet and peaceful. We found it very relaxing and it provided a great retreat to unwind after a busy day of touring. It is easily accessible to Antibes, Cannes and Nice. The local town of Valbonne is very cute and good for meals when you need a day off touring. It is also close to Saint Paul de Vence which is a gorgeous town not to be missed. There is a supermarket and pharmacy about 500m away too. Host Stephanie met us at the property and showed us through the house. During our stay Stephanie was very responsive and helpful with advice on local sights to see. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Stephanie and Fabrice.

De belles vacances familiales

Merci à Stéphanie et Fabrice pour leur accueil et leur superbe propriété qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes et belles vacances en famille. L’ensemble de la propriété a fait l’unanimité. La maison est très confortable, atypique et bien équipée. L’espace piscine et pool house est très dépaysant, cocooning et nous a fait voyager. Stéphanie et Fabrice ont été formidables pour répondre à toutes nos demandes et merci également pour toutes vos charmantes attentions.

Magnifiques vacances en famille

La maison est géniale pour des vacances en famille et elle a beaucoup de charme. Chacun trouve sa place dans le magnifique jardin et ses différents espaces super bien aménagés. Tout se prête à la détente. La cuisine d’été est top! Fabrice et Stéphanie sont charmants, très à l’écoute et très réactifs à nos questions. Nous avons passé un super mois de juillet. Fabuleux et propriétaires aux petits soins
