Très beau séjour. Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Canterbury. Avons été « upgradé » dans la suite nuptiale :Lit King size, magnifique salle de bain,salon et terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale Parking disponible dans l’hôtel.

Tres bon hotel
Hotel tres agreable, nous avions la chambre avec lit King Size qui etait top, le quartier est parfait en plein coeur de la rue pietonne, les parties communes de l'hotel sont tres jolies, le petit dejeuner tres bon - seuls bemols eventuels: les chambres standards avaient l'air un peu petites, la baignoire ne donnait pas vraiment envie d'y prendre un bain et la salle de sport etait un peu minimaliste mais je chipote un peu :)

Arrivée vers 15:00. Personnel de l'accueil pas du tout souriant et aimable. Première chambre très bruyant sur les moteurs de climatisation. Changement pour une chambre minuscule qui est en faite une chambre pour une personne. La 108. Le lit n'est donc pas très grand. Par ailleurs difficile d'accès avec j e grosse valise du fait d'un nombre de porte important à passer. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche ou très ponctuellement et pas très chaude. Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix. Rapport qualité prix catastrophique

Nice convenient location in the High Street, easy walkable from the station with lots of eating and drinking establishments nearby. Drinks at the abode bar were quite expensive better use local nearby facilities.

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful, spacious room, full size soaking tub, incredible breakfast. In the heart of Canterbury, quick walk to all the shops, restaurants and the cathedral.

The room we were first allocated was unfortunately next to a number of outside air con units. These were quite noisy and would have kept us awake. However, when I pointed this out to the reception team, we were quickly moved to a quiet room. I was impressed with the quiet, efficient way the staff handled this to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room staff were clearly well trained and attentive throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel.

For the standard of room/price the bed was v large and comfy, the shower was good and the room was a good size but the decor is basic and tired and the facilities are limited. (No usb, had to move the tea tray to plug it in, no free snacks eg biscuits on tea tray).

The location is very good. Near the station and the cathedral. Also, many shops and restaurants there.

Good place to stay to visit Canterbury, right on the high street. Breakfast included and very nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only small negative was the cost of parking at £18 a night.

My partner and I checked in at 9pm and arrived to find our room stinking of old food tjat was across the room bedsheets unmade and the bathroom was very dirty. Basically the room had not been cleaned from the previous night even though we checked in at 9pm. The staff apologised and offered a complimentary cocktail and change of room. My partner is 6foot tall and could not fit in the shower and the window had gaps in the curtains that allowed sun on your face as soon as the sun rose. Tje whole experience ruined our weelend I have mever arrived at a hotel to find my room not ready amd on a state like that. I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel but I would never recomwnd it to my friends or family.

A very clean and pleasant hotel, with a nice ambience. The bar was a good spot for an evening coffee or cocktail. Upgraded room, although clean and well presented, was a little underwhelming for an upgrade.

The room was amazing the bed was massive but the kitchen chimney noise started really early and woke us and was constant, breakfast was full english but was under par compared to table table we had day before, dinner was exceptional and very good, cocktails where amazing all staff encountered where brilliant parking was conveinient but very expensive,

You had to turn heating on when you arrived so room was cold for about an hour. Pillows were lumpy and hard. £18 to park the car. Didn’t see that when booking.

Spent three nights b b. Double room, comfortable, some issues with the tv, staff changed the aerial cable, slightly better. Reading light not working, this wasn't fixed? Excellent breakfast, friendly, helpful service. Great location for central Canterbury and only ten minutes walk from the station. Visited Margate during our stay, a little run down but lots of potential. I would recommend this hotel.
