« Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....

« Property was very beautiful and atmospheric. Sounds of farm animals and owls with dew drops in the morning. Woke up to delicious muffins for breakfast and coffee. This is a great place to take your significant other if they enjoy the small simple things. My only suggestion is illuminating the guest parking sign for night arrivals, I didn’t see the sign till the morning. And making the window covers easier to find and identify, we didn’t notice them till the morning and the outdoor lights were...
