« Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon...

« There was no mention of the flight of stairs in the ad, which was doable, but difficult. The key pad to the front gate is completely in the dark, the motion light shines on the other side of the fence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed although a climb to get in, was super comfortable! The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was right there. « House is a very nice house. It was close to all the things we went to LA area for. Hollywood Bowl, Universal studios and Warner Bro were all within a 30 min drive. Host were very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. »
