« Great location in middle of town. Few places to walk to eat nearby. Big spacious condo large rooms & bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. It is only 2 bedrooms rooms No pull out couches. It did have an air mattress if you have more guests. With blankets if needed. Great location, great price »

« Had a wonderful time, the unit was very nice, clean, modern and had many amenities, the washer/dryer was a perfect touch! Quiet area and so close to the beach, only one block to the sand and a short walk to the pier or jetty park.I would recommend to any smaller family. Beautiful long balcony and I was very satisfied. « Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. »

« The place was as expected, but there are a number of issues that keep me from providing a higher rating. The toilet would keep running if the handle was not lifted. This was noted by a renter last year, so I am surprised it has not been addressed yet. One burner on the stove was not working. The listing indicated there was a hot tub. None to be found. The filter for the ac unit looks like it has not been replaced in a long time. The dishwasher did not appear to function correctly leaving...

« This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here »
