« Great location from downtown and bus access. Loved the private beach »

« Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it. »

« This location is really wonderfully located right on a private beach. We loved stepping out onto sand and loved the outdoor shower (Cold water only). We had perfect weather. We loved having our dog with us and some nice people staying in nearby rooms. We had some problems with the lock during the stay and needed to text and change the pass code. We loved the close proximity to Provincetown. I would have loved a nearby walking path. I felt a little confined. I would have been in paradise...

« The space was exactly what we wanted while staying in Ptown! The loft was well organized and clean. The location was wonderful for walking to and from restaurants, shops and the beach access. Would highly recommend! »

« Stunning location however slightly let down by very tired appliances and lack of proper kitchen equipment (coffee maker for one person for ex.) along with tired furniture. We understand a kitchenette isn’t full size but newer, up to date appliances would make a huge difference. That said, property manager could not be more gracious and helpful. »

« We had a very nice time in this one bedroom. The terrace is perfect for a coffee in front of the sea. Location is perfect to enjoy Ptown. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! We choose this location because it’s dog friendly! Great spot for swimming when the tide is high and you can do a really long walk along the infinite beach! We used the bbq,outside and the fire pit! I just want to go back :) »

« The property was a perfectly sized studio apartment for a weekend getaway to cape cod. Well located and an easy drive to other cities on the cape, plus walking distance from the water. Highly recommend. »
