« My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs....

« My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure. »

« This spot was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable, it provided us a comfortable spot to get some work done in-between the events we were attending. Host was very responsive to contact when we arrived and checkin/out was smooth and simple. Would definitely stay again! »

« We have been coming to the Cape and the P’town area for years now and we finally found our forever place to stay. Todd was helpful and friendly and welcoming. The room was so clean and location is perfect!!! We loved the beach and all the chairs and firepit! Can’t wait to return. It’s a perfect place!!! »

« Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it. »

« Everything was perfect - the room was in very good condition, all supplies were furnished except bring your own food (towels, linens, kitchen utensils and dishes), and the wifi and TV worked fine. The location on the beach could not have been better. The only thing is that the pin pad keyless entry system was way too fussy and nearly always required 3 or more attempts to open the door (at least one other had this same comment). »

« My husband and I stayed here for two nights in July 2023. The place is homey and immaculate and located just steps from Commercial Street. It was perfect for exploring PTown while also getting much needed R&R. Property mgr was very quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend! »

« Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend! »

« The location of the Sandbars Inn was extremely convenient; just 10 minutes to down town Provincetown. The key-code pad lock was a really nice feature so we did not need to worry about losing or turning in keys. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. I was impressed with amenities offered in the kitchen area (cookware, dish wear, silverware etc).
