« My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. »

« Amazing place. We booked last minute as our previous accommodation had to be cancelled. A pleasant welcome awaited us at reception. The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and bar area, which never felt too busy. The private beach was also a lovely area and the sea was surprisingly warm. « We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Villa Miramare for our honeymoon. We had the suite with Jacuzzi on balcony. Sadly the jacuzzi broke down but we were given late use of pool. The property was lovely, peaceful, clean, well equipped and the staff were so helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. The pool area was clean and tidy with comfy loungers. The area is quite run down but not something that the host can control, the bus to Salerno is one minute walk away and we were able...
