Posizione eccellente, a due passi da spiagge da sogno… ma la piscina e il parco della struttura son talmente belli che è un piacere anche trascorrervi del tempo . Anche il nostro appartamento era curatissimo in ogni dettaglio. Un’esperienza da consigliare… e da ripetere! »

« Pros: The villa is very nice and spacious and typical for Portobello, a village of architectual holiday houses from the 1960's. There are a lot of amazing beaches at the north coast of Sardegna. Our host Gio was very nice and helpful to find nice places to go. Cons: It was rather hot at the time of our stay even at night. Without an airco is was too hot for us. »

« Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Check-in war völlig unproblematisch, die sehr nette Vermieterin schickte vorher alle nötigen Informationen. Der WLAN Empfang war nicht immer gut, was aber in erster Linie die Pubertiere gestört hat...Im Norden Sardiniens kann man viel unternehmen und hat mit dem Häuschen einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für die Ausflüge. »

« Die Anreise und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Der Check In war auch sehr gut da die Schlüssel schon hinterlegt waren. Wir konnten die Wohnung auch schon morgens beziehen da diese schon frei war. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, und bietet für 2 Pärchen Optimal Platz. Für 8 Personen finde ich persönlich die Wohnung dann zu klein, auf Grund der Schlafmöglichkeiten und der Unterbringung des Gepäcks. Wir nutzten das 3 Schlafzimmer eigentlich als Umkleidezimmer...

I put a 4 stars 'only' because we wanted to have lunch and diner at the house and there a few small details of a renting house (and not a living house) limit the scoring. « Pros: Das Haus steht in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen und sicheren kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mit einem grossen Gemeinschaftspool sowie Tennisplatz nur 2 Gehminuten vom Sandstrand und in Gehdistanz zum Supermarkt sowie zum Ort Baja Sardinia. Es hat alles was man braucht (WLAN, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank, 2 Badezimmer, Parkplatz, Grill, Waschmaschine, Gartenmöbel) und sogar noch eine schöne Aussicht. « 6 of us enjoyed a week at the villa. The villa has fantastic sea views enjoyed from a generous patio with seating, dining and loungers. Views of sunrise, sunset and star gazing at night. Private, peaceful location with garden around the villa. Parking for several cars. Onsite supermarket, cove 400m. « Nous avons été accueillis d’une manière très sympathique et nos hôtes nous ont laissé la maison après une présentation très organisée des lieux. La maison et les jardins sont propres et tout est en place pour que le séjour soit agréable : les lits sont faits, deux salles de bains, deux tables grandes selon la météo, un barbecue immense, lave linge et lave vaisselle… la maison dispose d’une belle vue sur mer et on peut poser les poubelles de tri de l’autre côté de la route, à proximité immédiate....
