« We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...

« Perfect location by Lake Como (literally across the street). Nice to be close to a bar/restaurant across the street also (even though it was packed Friday night, you don't hear the noise). Cabin is so adorable! Sad we didn't have time to use the nice fire pit. »

« What a treasure trove this house offered! Our granddaughter and her furry sister were over the moon excited about all the children’s toys and doggy perks. And the adults in our party felt very pampered as well. Plus we loved the vibe of the Lake Como community — the two restaurants in walking distance along the Lakeshore and the other dog walkers we met by the water. We also were inspired by the whole business model of the place, donating money for animal rescue. Really enjoyed the experience...
