„The unit was as advertised with the exception of a missing blender. When I contacted Marcus (the host) he responded immediately and gave us the go ahead to purchase a new one and reimbursed me as soon as I sent him the receipt.The unit was well stocked and even had a washer/dryer in the unit. Comfy mattress and really clean and well-maintained unit. I would definitely rent this again. “

„Property was exceptional. The 3 bedrooms were large and well appointed. We enjoyed the living room area. We experienced a good deal of construction noise during the day but it was not a major issue. „Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. “
