„Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage. It was exactly what we expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the paddle board, canoe and trampoline. They also had the opportunity to fish. Sometimes in the afternoon we’d find them reading in the hammock. We had a couple of rainy days but enjoyed family time inside. The view from the cottage is beautiful. Looking forward to spending another week next year.“

„Family from Michigan had a great 4 night stay at this wonderful cottage on 12 Mile Bay. The view from the windows are great! Hummingbirds and Loons everywhere. Communication with the host was excellent and the cottage interior was wonderful for the family to enjoy meals and relax in the morning and the evening. We took a day trip to canoe to Moon River Falls – about 16Km drive away to rent canoes at Moon River Cottages (highly recommended). We also took another day trip to Parry Sound to explore ...

„I've summered at Georgian Bay for all my 70 years, and had to sell our cottage last year. This rental was a surprising delight. I particularly loved the multiple outdoor places to sit. Lots of privacy outdoors, if not in. The swimming is sublime. We saw lots of wildlife including a swimming bear. Everything indoors worked well. This is a way to have a rugged outdoor experience in beautiful Georgian Bay, with lots of comforts. I highly recommend it.“

„Perfect weekend at Scotts cottage for a group of 12 guys in their 30s. Everyone got a bed. Large hottub was a nice feature. Pingpong table got lots of use. Kitchen is big and modern, perfect for cooking. Also key, was the massive BBQ he has on the deck. Was able to cook 12 steaks and aspargus all on the same grill. No complaints, scott was available whenever we had a question. Beautiful dock down by the water as well, but due to the weather we didnt spend much time down there.“

„This cottage is large , new and has a great setting on the edge of Silver Lake right across the Lake Joseph Road from Lake Joseph. Three beautiful bedrooms and large living space decorated tastefully. Outside amenities have hammocks, hot-tub , fire pit and new dock beside lake and cottage . Very high class appointments.“

„The Cottages were beautiful. Clean, modern and all the recreational options were available: Boat, canoe, Excellent swimming opportunity. The owner responded almost immediately to requests for info or questions regarding the cottage functioning. The lake is sooo clean and the fishing was great. The residents were very friendly and helpful. We got stuck in the middle of the lake because the gas line got kinked and so many nice people stopped to help us. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend. ...

„The property is conveniently located, very clean & spacious. The listing did not indicate that 1 bedroom was on a different level of the house. This created a problem for our sleeping arrangements as we were travelling with 2 small children. It would have been better if at least 1 of the bedrooms had 2 single beds to allow more flexible sleeping arrangements. „Our family had a fun time at this beautiful cottage. We made good use of the watercraft available and enjoyed soaking up the sun on the dock. Our grandsons especially loved the fooseball table and pinpong table. There were even girl toys that our granddaughter played with. We have a large family so it was a challenge trying to fit refrigerated items in the one kitchen frig. Availability of a bar frig would have been a help. Towels are provided which is great but explaining on the cottage website ...
