Wonderful vacation house

Walking distance To all of the shops and restaurants of Carlsbad village. A few steps to the beach. House has a great layout— very comfortable for our 5 people. 2 and a half bathrooms! Everything was well stocked. Highly recommend this place

Relaxing visit across the street from the beach

We stayed on this property with four teenagers, myself, my sister, and our elderly mother and had a very relaxing stay. The home is across the street from the beach with a safe and convenient crosswalk, conveniently located to the grocery store (driving distance) and Carlsbad Village which has many local restaurants and shops is walking distance. The home was warm when we arrived but quickly cooled down once we turned on all the fans and opened all the windows. We were granted early check-in which was fantastic because we had arrived three hours prior to check in time. The outside shower was super convenient to wash off sand when we returned from the beach. The teens were able to come and go from the house to the beach throughout the day. Parking in the rear of the house was nice as side access is gated off. The driveway is extremely tight, so would not work with a large truck/vehicle. We were able to park our small SUV and Nissan Sentra just fine. Beach toys, including boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs are provided for guest use. Some are fairly worn, but still usable. The only things missing were cooking items like oil, salt and pepper, condiments, paper plates/cups and extra rolls of toilet paper. Toiletries are tiny, so bring your own. Aside from that everything was fabulous and clean! We found great entertainment with the pool table, dartboard and spa in the evening hours. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Love this place, a few things we noticed - top bunk bed needs repair - hot tub was a little dirty upon arrival and very foamy - parking gate stopped working second day into stay - kitchen lights over kitchen island shorting off and on making loud buzz - stone in master shower flaking off, putty around window coming off.

Great location, short walk to beach (practically back yard). House was great for family and the rental company was super easy to work with. This is a great spot for a family beach get away. Pictures are beautiful but don’t do the place justice.

Great place for friends and family to getaway!!

The location was perfect - walking distance to beach and downtown. There is plenty to do at the beach house with games, movies, pool table and hot tub. This was a great place to escape the Arizona heat, work, school and the hustle of everyday life!

Perfect family home

House is completely gated so even if You have a little one that would run out the front door there is a cute gate that keeps them Locked in. The home is perfect for gathering together or having enough space To relax alone. Plenty Boogie boards to bring to the beach as well as chairs and small umbrellas. If your hungry or want to shop it’s right down the road from a Cute shopping area. Communication with staff was easy. Also there is a small Gate that opens and closes with a remote so You can park your car up the driveway closed in behind the gate. Area felt safe and welcoming. The master bathroom has an amazing shower built for two.
