« Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. Additionally main shower head is damaged and has a significant leak out the bottom of the head. No kitchen trash bags or paper towels were provided so we had to go buy some. Overall it was good for a weekend stay where we weren't at the house much. »

« House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. The downstairs was disappointing, the carpet is stained and the downstairs area smells. I guess this is good for those who have their pets (which we did not). The pool was dirty although I was told it was clean. We brushed it out but the filters Don’t work properly. The railing into the pool is broken and potentially dangerous. « My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area! »

« The house was cute, the neighborhood felt a little rough. Lots of wear and tear on the property (loose towel holders and outlets that were completely disconnected from the wall that we had to warn our children about). The property manager was very kind. I felt like the price was very steep for what we got and the fees made it outrageous. »
