Great property and good location

We take 2 vacations per year with a family/friend group of 10-15 people. This property was well suited for our stay in Tahoe and the location is ideal for biking, shopping, water sports, and hiking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and comfortable, close to the lake

We had a very nice stay at this home. There was plenty of space for our group of 12. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the property management was very responsive to address them. We enjoyed being able to walk to the lake or to a cafe or to play mini-golf.

Tahoe house

The house was spacious and fit our family reunion well. There was a lot of wear and tear of this home and the beds were mediocre. We loved being near the lake and being able to make meals at home or walk down to Gar Woods restaurant. It was also nice to have the fenced porch if you have a dog.

Enjoyable stay - definitely recommend

Took the fur babies and went for one last getaway to catch the end of the ski season. This property was awesome. Updated. Clean. Modern. Just the way you’d want your own home. Comfortable beds, great location, nice and clean, dog-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This house accommodated all 14 of our family, and a dog, easily, and comfortably. It has wonderful gathering spaces, a huge kitchen table for shared meals and an abundance of bathrooms. It is a block and a half from the lake. We enjoyed beach days, hiking , white water rafting and mountain biking while staying in the area. The kitchen was well equipped. The separate, but connected, living space above the garage, and the third floor suite, were perfect for my adult kids who had kids. It gave them ample space and privacy and quiet for kid’s nap times. The management company responded to our questions and needs promptly. I would rent it again in a heart beat, and would recommend it to others.

Roomy house near the lake

We had a great time at this large home near the northwest shore of Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to a nice little beach for the grandkids. The dining room table accommodated all 12 of us for our family reunion, and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside seating. The only knocks on the property were deferred maintenance by the managers, dirty carpets with some impressive stains, and a worn out too-large couch that crowds the living room.

We loved our stay! Location, location, location

Fantastic large home with plenty of bathrooms for all. Location for us could not be beat. The lake and one of our favorite places, Garwood's, is just down the street! We never got in our car to go anywhere! Loved the back patio area, which was private. Well stocked kitchen, and we cooked a lot! The kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables, as well as the private areas for them to congregate. The Top floor master suite was perfect for my daughter and her young children! The only comments that don't receive five stars is the somewhat dated and not very clean big couch in the living room and the neighbors construction and house painting on both sides that prohibited parking a bit because of overspray concerns. The construction workers and painters worked both Saturday and Sunday. Oh well. Other than that, we would definitely rent again. We had a great time and want to go back tomorrow!!😊 Thank you!!!!

Property Managemenr Unresponsive, Property not maintained well

This was our second time at this property. First time under this property manager. We are a family of 12 that paid a premium to stay at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. We arrived on Tuesday to find the oven doesn’t work. After several messages to the “issue line” maintenance came out to confirm that it doesn’t work and that it wasn’t fixable until after the weekend. After several more messages, we got a call from someone at the property mgmt company offering a sizable refund to stay or full refund to find another place on our own. After 5 days we still do not have a resolution and the company has stopped responding to us. We also notified them of a mouse infestation that we had to go buy traps for and handle the dead rodents. No response on this. The kitchen is scarcely stocked. Several lightbulbs were out. We made do but trying to feed 12 people without an oven was challenging and we are extremely disappointed at the lack of response to the issues. I will be contacting VRBO and my credit card company.

Tahoe Retreat

Very flexible layout to accommodate a variety of needs: comfort, privacy, work remote and relax/relax/relax. We had 3 generations present, each w/ differing needs and the flexible layout was much appreciated. Excellent north shore location. For the few needs that arose during our stay, communication w/ owner/mgmt co. was seamless and response time v quick.

Great location

Perfect location for skiing. Large kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We all loved to cook and this large kitchen had all of the equipment needed for our gourmet meals. A huge spice selection was a bonus! Only downside was the grill was snowed in.

Ski Vacay

Everything was great except a few non-working features caused a lack in the amenities provided. The dryer, hot tub and dishwasher worked sporadically or not at all. It was a holiday weekend so finding help to repair them was not possible. We stayed in touch with the management company and were compensated for the lack of features. It was a beautiful location and property and we ended our stay happy with their concessions.

Boarding in Tahoe

This house was a great fit for our group - 10 adults, including three couples. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. No waiting for bathroom/ shower. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The location was great - close to dining, shopping, and most importantly, the north lake resorts. This was our first time staying at north lake and the lack of crowds was great. I definitely prefer the quiet north lake towns over the crowded south lake area. I would recommend this property for any group up to 12 people.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home with so many amenities. We visited the property in January and got to experience snow. There were 11 of us. The kids loved the game room and ping pong table. I loved that there was enough seating in the kitchen for us to eat together. Can we talk about the bathrooms? Amazing... each room had a bathroom!!! We walked to the lake and picked up pizza from a restaurant nearby. It was a great trip filled with priceless memories with grandpa grandparents!

Beautiful, large comfortable home

We had a great time with extended family. The house was clean and very well stocked with just about anything you would need. Great location, close to everything Lake Tahoe has to offer. The only downside was that the outdoor furniture was not available (seemingly locked in a shed) and the hot tub never got warm enough despite recommended pre-warming. Otherwise we would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful home, steps from the beach, with a great hosts!

This home was perfect for our large family trip. It's walkable to a nearby beach and restaurant, yet tucked away into the woods. We were there during a heat wave, and the property manager was very responsive and brought us extra fans to cool down the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we fully enjoyed the stay!

Perfect location and stocked with most things you'd need.

Was just a 2 min walk from the shore. Nestled away from the busy streets yet close to some amazing beaches. The place had bikes, a chest cooler and some picnic equipment which I thought was cool. Communication with the host was simply and quick.

Incredible House

House was really amazing and had everything we could need. Only downside was on our final night the hot tub stopped getting hot. Owner told us the following morning that the hot tub probably went into eco mode. Other than that, the place was lovely.
