Great spot!

We loved our time here! House was very clean upon arrival. While it’s not oceanfront, there is a nice view of the beautiful water from the decks. Plus, it’s a quick straight shot to the beach access. We rented a golf cart to make It even easier with all the stuff and kiddos. The house has a ton of beach chairs and towels, another added bonus! They do also have some kids plates, cups, and utensils. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family friendly! Our kiddos LOVED the pool, they have some pool noodles and floats which was an awesome touch. My husband loved the elevator, made unpacking and packing a breeze. Property management was very quick to respond when needed and very helpful. House layout was great for us and we would definitely come back!

Overall a great stay!

This home was spacious, well equipped in the kitchen (not bathrooms) & a great location! Would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive & helped us with anything we needed! We felt very safe here!

Nice house but some details neglected

Pros: Nice house, modern, well decorated. Very short walk to the beach. Spacious rooms and bedrooms. Cons: Broken garage door, flat bike tires, water filters that smelled bad. Pool heater was broken. Elevator was broken. There was no grill. Towels, pillows, and sheets all looked and felt like they were 20 years old. Rough and uncomfortable. Not up to par with expectations for a vacation rental.

Great House for Family Memories

House was spacious, clean, and had all things covered you would need to have a relaxing week at the beach. We came from Texas so having a house that supplies from cooking utensils, beach towels, bicycles, beach wagon and chairs, all we needed to do is relax and enjoy everything that CB offers for a great vacation!!

Great place for the entire family!

The property was great and in a fantastic location. Thoroughly enjoyed the nice private pool and setting around the pool. The house was very nice and the air conditioning was great even though temps were 95+ during our stay. We had a few inconveniences: some of our family got stuck in the elevator on Day 1 and had to call maintenance. The maintenance crew was there within 5 minutes of the call to get us out, but a scary situation none the less. There were two separate breakers that tripped multiple times during our stay even after us removing devices from the plugs, so not sure what that was about. Also, took a while to get warm water on the 4th floor or the kitchen floor (sometimes 10+ minutes) and the kitchen sink water never got warm. However, the positives of the house far outweighed the inconveniences we dealt with. The bikes with the nearby greenway, the short walk to the beach, the spacious living floor with a great kitchen, and great location are more than enough to bring us back. We loved our stay and will absolutely be looking to book again in future years. Highly recommend! All-in-all, the property was fantastic and very clean!

Stay in Carolina Beach

Wow!!! First off the house was spectacular. The pool was a hit with the kids and the closeness to the beach made this trip 5 stars. We got very lucky because we had the best weather you could ask for. No rain and temps in the 80's with no humidity. Perfect and everyone had a great time. Thanks for everything.

Fabulous Getaway

We decided to spend Thanksgiving at this beautiful house and it far exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate and incredibly well stocked, they had everything and more needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we'd like to make this an annual tradition. I'm already in the process of searching the calendar to book our next stay. Thank you for the much needed family getaway!

Close to everything / clean and modern.

Just a couple blocks from the beach, a short walk to restaurants, and a short drive to shops, aquarium, state parks and more. House is gorgeous. The elevator was great for luggage and groceries. Property management was accessible and promptly responsive. Any questions or concerns were addressed.

Would definitely book again!!

Although we were there during a tropical storm, it was very homey and relaxing. The beach is easily accessible which I loved! Didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool much but I couldn’t think of a better place to ride out the storm!! The elevator gave us trouble once or twice and if your traveling with smaller children I suggest you bring a few baby gates, but other than that, the property well very well appointed and had everything you needed to feel at home.

Great experience

My family and I had a great time. Coastal Charm is a beautiful home. Great proximity to the beach access. The pool was perfect and honestly where we spent most of our time. Elevator made bringing luggage in and out a lot easier. We were the first group to stay there so there were some very minor issues but nothing off putting. Excellent communication with the property management group. Very responsive. We were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making more memories there for years to come.
