For your convenience, all linens, toiletries, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Property Information:

• Pets must be at least 12 months old.
• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book.
• Reservations made by guests under 21 will be canceled.
• A $10 replacement fee will be charged for any missing towels.
Our unit does not allow any type of parties or large gatherings. Most rentals on the island enforce the same rule due to insurance requirements. Parking is limited up to 6 spaces depending on vehicle size.
