« The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. « Our stay was the textbook of how VRBO visits should go. Communicating with the host was easy and Tim’s responses were quick. I love the fact that our dog was welcomed, too! The condo has been updated throughout and is very clean. The location makes it easy to get to restaurants and shopping. But, the best part is the view from the deck. The deck overlooks the pool, and just beyond that is the beautiful beach. It was a perfect getaway for us! »

« My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! « OMG I can't say enough good about this property. Beautiful location, great amenities (beach, picnic area, gentle horses and donkeys). Soft beds. Very nice bed linen, fully stocked kitchen, deck with very nice furniture. The owner responded immediately to my comments and allowed me to stay 2 hrs past check-out time.
