We did not expect to have access to so many amenities and greatly appreciated the thorough notes/explanations on how to operate the appliances etc. The cottage was so warm and comfortable, we would definitely recommend a stay there! »

« Two couples visited for our annual trip together. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was clean and well organized. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and listening to the nearby creek. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and around downtown without needing our car. Also enjoyed driving to nearby waterfalls and hiking. »

Every little kitchen amenity you need to cook or bake, complete with coffee bar. Please note - Food storage space is limited for longer stay (we stayed 9 days) so use your big cooler. « We had a wonderful stay. Billy offered to let us check in early when we arrived at 1 PM. The cottage was classic OBX. It was beautifully decorated clean and just what our family afford. Our two little dogs loved the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but was just down for a wedding. We all agreed that we would enjoy a longer stay next time. Definitely want to come back. »

« From the moment we set foot on the property we felt at home! Not a detail was missed in the design and setup of the cottage. It was immensely welcoming and comfortable, with a front porch that had an amazing mountain view. On property you have a meandering river and 4 waterfalls. Carman and Jim were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and more! »

« My company moved me from Down East to Atlanta last year and this was a great spot for our Spring Break trip back to the coast. There was plenty of space for all of us (I have 2 20-something and 1 high school age sons). The location was great, and the host was fantastic. We will be booking this place again on our next visit, hopefully soon! »

« This is a great house for a long weekend in Asheville. The home was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to all the Asheville activities. The owner was super responsive and incredibly helpful during our stay. Only thing to note is that the house is on a pretty busy street, not an issue but just something to keep in mind if you have kids and/or pets with you. Overall, we had an excellent time and would stay here again! »
