„We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years, and I can honestly say that this was the best experience that we have had. Chelston made check in a Breeze. Great property and location. Every possible want and need had been thought of and set up to make our stay a pleasure. He even offered to "baby sit" our dog while we were attending medical appointments post check out, which we took him up on. He great at that too. I can't reccomend this place enough!“

„The property lacked privacy. For several days at the beginning of the trip the owner had workers on the property behind the house early in the morning. They were using the water from the house’s outdoor water spigot below the bedroom window. We were also partially blocked in by trucks. There was a screened in porch but no lights.There was a cockroach under the bed & cobwebs & dust throughout.The refrigerator door was uneven & had trouble closing.No directions on how to use the TV“

„Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay.“

„This place is a gem! The house is so clean and perfectly appointed. You can’t get a better location…walkable to so many restaurants and downtown. We spent a majority of our time on the huge covered deck. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is it. “

„The house is lovely and seems very recently updated, with three good size bedrooms and a well appointed living space (with some sweet vintage Duke decor). It’s very quiet despite being close to the hospital, and extremely convenient if you are visiting Duke - we walked pretty much everywhere barely needed our car. Host was very responsive and helpful - we got some great restaurant recommendations! All in all a great stay - will book again when I’m coming back to Durham.“

„Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, bei Fragen oder Hinweisen wurde direkt geantwortet. Es ist ein altews kleines Haus, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Hinterhof ist nett um Abends den Tag zu Ende gehen zu lassen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und gegenüber liegt ein Friedhof mit Kirche. In nur 7min erreicht man den nächsten Zugang zum Lake Jordan. Leider funktionierte der Gaskamin bei uns nicht und man wird gebeten die Klimanlage nicht zu verstellen, ...
