Set within Calablanca Residences on Isla Barú, this 3-bedroom penthouse comfortably holds up to nine guests across an open-plan layout that blends living and dining areas with abundant natural light. A wraparound terrace extends your living space outdoors, where panoramic sea views stretch in every direction - an easy spot for a slow breakfast or sunset drinks.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms give everyone room to spread out, with six beds total accommodating up to nine guests. Three and a half bathrooms keep mornings simple even with the whole group up and about. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus cooking basics and dishes and silverware for whenever you’d rather cook than go out. A dining table seats the group indoors, or carry plates out to the terrace and eat with the sea in view.

Outdoor living
The terrace anchors the penthouse, with a patio and backyard space, outdoor furniture, and beach essentials (towels, chairs, and an umbrella) ready for your time outside. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.

Shared facilities
As part of the Calablanca community, you’ll have access to a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, along with a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.

Convenience & services
Free parking is available on the premises (garage and street), and an elevator provides access to the penthouse level. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day for self check-in and guest assistance, and long-term stays are welcome. Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, washer and dryer access makes longer stays easier, and luggage dropoff is available for early arrivals or late departures.
