Hotel o.k., modern, pool and gym very good, breakfast and lounge very good. lobby in the 12th floor not optimal for a 5 star hotel. nothing was provided by flooding/inudation - people were not able to get out of the hotel because the surrounding streets were under water!! - The last day by sunshine was great.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Zimmern und Balkon… es wurde über 1,5 Stunden diskutiert warum sie und die Balkon Tür aufmachen sollten!!!! Das der erste Nacht! Also sehr schlimm! Die Kellner waren unfreundlich und man dürfte nicht draußen essen. Wir werden da nie wieder kommen.

The room and club floor were very nice, the food selection at breakfast and in the club area could be improved. The pool area is not very inviting, there is a lack of umbrellas.The construction site on the beach directly in front of the hotel should have been mentioned at the time of booking

Wir waren die letzten Jahre schon mehrmals in dem Hotel. Wie immer sind dass Personal und dass Frühstück hervorzuheben. Es gibt kein besseres Frühstück mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf dass Meer. Dass alles hat natürlich seinen Preis (550 EUR 2 Nächte). Somit erwarte ich auch dass alles weitestgehend alles perfekt ist. Leider sind einige liegen am Pool defekt. Wir haben uns entschieden beim Check Inn den Club zu buchen heißt 50 Dollar pro Nacht Zuschlag. Waren dann auf der Abrechnung 55 Dollar aber egal. Dafür hat man ein Zimmer im 31 Stock mit angeblich besserem Ausblick was meiner Meinung nach nicht stimmt. Der Teppich im Zimmer 3108 war sehr schmutzig und die Wand an der Toilette sah auch als hätte jemand sein Hand daran abgeputzt. Da hätte ich lieber ein sauberes Zimmer im unteren Bereich genommen. Des weiteren sind die Informationen was Club bedeutet sehr spärlich. Es gibt eine Club Longe im 30 Stock dort kann man wohl jederzeit unalkoholische Getränke bekommen, dass wurde uns gar nicht erklärt. Aus meiner Sicht lohnt sich Club überhaupt nicht die 110 Dollar hätte man besser an der Poolbar investieren können. Unserer 12 Jähriger Sohn durfte den Infinity Pool im oberen Bereich nicht benutzen da für Kinder nicht erlaubt. Bezahlen durfte ich aber den Erwachsenen Preis für Ihn. Alles in Allem war es ein netter Aufenthalt. Würde aber dass nächste mal auch mal ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren mit sauberen Fußboden.

We had an amazing stay! The staff is absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. Everything was well organized and clean. We really enjoyed snack hours as it was delicious and refreshing. Sunday brunch was also delicious! The service we had from Yulieth was awesome. I look forward to returning and will highly recommend the Hyatt Regency to all visiting Cartagena!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Cartagena. Our experience was first-class, and our room was well-appointed. The staff at the hotel was courteous and didn't hesitate to assist. Security guards are stationed near the elevators to ensure that those who are not hotel guests remain in the public areas. The rooftop pools are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Cartagena.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights out of our trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt their serene atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful and sophisticated decorations. At the front desk we were greeted by Sara who provided us with a service of excellence. Our room was absolutely beautiful with state of the art decorations and a breathtaking view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool area, the food and the kindness of every staff member we interacted with. This was our first visit to Cartagena and will be definitely returning to this hotel. The hotel staff provided excellent Customer Service from check in to check out, especially Carlos at the Restaurant on 12 for breakfast. He was attentive and made excellent suggestions to ensure our visit to Cartegena was maximized. The rooms were spacious and clean. The views of the beach and the bay were spectacular. The breakfast and snack offered many options daily. The only 2 cons were : 1) the shower leaked all over the floor when you used the hand shower. It is glass and for some reason has decorative gaps that should not exist in those spots. 2) The food at breakfast and snack were never hot. They were a tolerable warm but not hot.

This hotel was safe, clean, and had great amenities! Very friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. We had no complaints at all. One of our party had a health issue during our stay and the staff helped us get a doctor. Excellent value, would stay here again.

Very convenient location, bocogrande mall is right next door, old city about 7 min drive without traffic, beach in back yard . Staff & hotel is 10/10 always willing to help only complaint is the welcome watermelon drink needed to be on the menu

We liked the good accessibility, the very nice swimming pools, the smiley and reachable personnel. We were « sad » about the window cleanliness of our room for the first two nights as the bay view is incredible to watch from there. However it got cleaned for the remaining two nights.
