Apartment-suite in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Located in the Cartagena Beach building in the Crespo neighborhood, it offers direct beach access via the seaside promenade and boasts a prime, central location: just three blocks from Rafael Núñez International Airport and a 5- to 10-minute drive from the Historic Center and Walled City. Building amenities include a sauna, steam room, coworking space, paid laundry facilities, vending machines, and a 24-hour reception desk.

The unit features a sea view and direct access to the ocean via the Crespo seaside promenade. It includes one bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (configured as two single mattresses), an air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed (accommodating up to three people total), and one bathroom. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a balcony. Located on the 6th floor, the unit includes a TV with Roku and Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no hot water, water heater, or iron provided.

Free on-site parking is available (subject to building occupancy and space availability).

Guests have access to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Use of the sauna and steam room requires a prior reservation made via a QR code available at the reception desk.

COMMON AREA HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Laundry facilities are available in the building. Each wash or dry cycle costs 15,000 Colombian pesos; liquid detergent must be used. Operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the payment machine does not provide change for cash payments.

The building also features a spa area, open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Reservations for the spa area must be made 18 hours in advance directly at the spa; pricing information is available via a QR code at the entrance to the wet areas. This code can also be found at the reception desk.

To access the coworking area, you must make a reservation at the reception desk using the QR code. Guests are allowed 2 hours of access.

Visitors are not permitted, nor may guests be added or removed, once the authorization has been submitted and the tourist registration form completed. The authorization must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to arrival; otherwise, building management may deny entry to the building.

If you are traveling with minors who are not your own children, you must present a birth certificate, the minor's identity card, or another official identification document. Additionally, you must provide a letter from the parents, the parent with legal custody, or the legal guardian. Failure to present these documents may result in denied entry to the accommodation. These requirements are enforced by building management to prevent child trafficking.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: 130,000 Colombian pesos or 40 USD (approximately) for each service separately. Please note that this is subject to availability; kindly inquire in advance.

Starting in September 2025, the building will offer a 24-hour luggage storage service. Building management will oversee this service and charge 10,000 Colombian pesos per piece of stored luggage. Please note that the security of the items is the responsibility of the building's security staff; this is not a service provided by the accommodation itself.

Construction of the Cartagena *Gran Malecón* (waterfront promenade) began in April 2026. Please take this into account regarding beach access and changes to the surrounding landscape.
