„Dock completely unusable. Was not aware beforehand. Owner compensated some for it. Had to rent paddle boards to get from the shore to the dock. “

„We stayed for 2 nights while visiting UTs veterinary clinic. The location is central to most anything we wanted or needed. The unit itself was very clean and had all of the accommodations we could think of. We enjoyed sitting in the little courtyard with the dogs, but didn't have time to really enjoy the hot tub. The hosts were very pleasant, but we had no real need to reach out to them during our stay as everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay again!“

„Very unique and great idea for a place. South Knox is really growing and there are a lot of things to do on that side of the river. Overall the house is good but sleeping is hard. Outside noise is very loud all night long and lighting from outside light posts are bright! They have added a lot of things to aid in buffering that but it’s not enough.
