Hôtel près de Cascade Meadow Wetlands and Environmental Science Center, Rochester, Rochester

« The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay. »

« Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems...

« The breakfast didn't have fruit or cut up fruit in frig. Did't care for the sausage »

« The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options. »

« This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend! »

« The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room felt quite clean. The continental breakfast was above average. Really no complaints and I would stay again. »

« Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great! »

« Nice to stay one night but I wouldn’t stay for a week there »

« I forgot my pillow and they are holding it for me to pick back up on my way back! Very helpful. »

« Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though. »
