« We all enjoyed this. Feels exactly like a mountain getaway. The decor and cabin itself are very rustic but has everything you need/want. Beds were super comfy. Kids loved the cabin and the meadow out back. It was perfect for us. Would recommend and would book again. »

« We enjoyed our little family stay at the cabin! Relaxing sounds from the creek in a remote valley near Table Rock and Jocassee. Only suggestion would be to install a w/d for those who stay longer than a weekend. Closest laundry mat is 30 min away -otherwise wonderful!!! »

« This property was a perfect one. The location was close to civilization, but it was our own private oasis on the mountain. The views were amazing, the cabin new and clean. They had everything we needed and/or forgot to bring with us stocked in the cabin. Morning coffee on the porch or in the chair in the living room was awesome. The road up was easily navigated with my AWD, but I didn’t feel like I needed it necessarily. Owners were responsive and communicated well! Would certainly come back...

« Such a comfortable place overall , we did not find anything at all wrong with this place, deck up and downstairs, hot tub, sauna room, living room downstairs as well. Nice big kitchen with everything you need . Steep driveway but it wasn’t bad at all. Your close to town which was nice as well We will definitely look to stay here again »

« Rented for whitewater rafting on the Chattooga. Communication was terrific and check in was easy. Pretty steep roads climbing to the house but well worth it. Loved sitting on the deck with a cocktail and a book. Really quiet and exceptional view. Very clean and comfortable, including the beds. Everything we needed. »

« My wife and I were looking for a quick trip to get away for the weekend and just relax. The Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. The rocking chairs on the back porch are the perfect cure for whatever ails you. The cabin is remote, but its just a short drive to both Highlands and Cashiers. Lastly, the cleanliness of the cabin was great. We are already looking forward to returning when we can stay longer. »

« We spent 7 days in the mountains and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The property manager was very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location of the house was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The view from both decks was picture perfect. We spent many mornings and nights enjoying the outdoor space. »

« We had a delightful stay at this cottage in the woods, a peaceful, quiet and relaxing ambience with pretty walks at one’s doorstep. It was amazing how many amenities were fit into this compact space. Two double bedrooms, two full baths with tubs, a large kitchen with washer, dryer and a comfortable living area to sit and relax. The kitchen was well equipped such that we ate in as often as out. The comfortable beds made for a restful nights sleep. Everything in its place, it was perfect. »

« This was the perfect place for friends and family to celebrate my son's graduation from Clemson Univ. The house is very nice and the owner has thought of everything....well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extra blankets, and tons of games in the downstairs rec room. Plenty to do outside too if you like to paddleboard or kayak, Or just enjoy the fantastic views from the upper deck! Highly recommend. »

« Cozy cabin that has everything you need. Enjoyed fires each night by the fire pit, with the twinkle lights and "fountain" in the boat pond setting the ambiance. Gravel road up to the cabin is steep, but maintain constant slow speed and you'll be okay. One suggestion would be to install a shower curtain liner. Will stay again when our travels take us to the area in the future. »

« was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to be secluded and away from the world and that’s exactly what this place gave me. It has a beautiful history and the place is absolutely breathtaking the mountains are gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect. The drive up is a little scary in a car (I was in a Nissan Sentra) and had no issues though but going down is a lot easier lol. It’s a beautiful place I loved it hope to stay again. »
