« The house was very clean and the owner was very prompt in answering our one question. The A/C worked great. »

« The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. « This was all easy-peasy. Smooth as silk. The accuracies to the promotion of the guest house was totally accurate. Clean, comfortable, sweet, and private was first rate. Off street covered parking. Private secured patio for wine and appetizers right outside your front door with lovely dappled tree shade. »
