« Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that was dirty when calling down to the front desk and telling him this, they asked me to take pictures of the room to prove that it was dirty as I was saying it was. Elevators took a very long time to go up or down, so we ended up taking the stairs majority of our stay. The water ride was shut down and did not say online that it would be so the kids did not get to participate in that. »

« Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. « The heat was off, the house was freezing. The thermostat had a low battery, had to take batteries out of a remote to get it to work. It was difficult to figure out. A large clump of hair was in the shower. The room with the bunk bed was extremely hot and the bed is loud every time you move. There was one pod for coffee and no cream and sugar.
