« Driving around the old town isn't for the faint of heart, but once you parked the car, the house is brilliant, with the cosy mountain house feeling. Clean, filled with little things one might need, especially if one is on a road trip. We had coffee, tea, salt and oil, milk and jam for our breakfast already set. Luca, the owner, was incredibly helpful and very communicative. Would definitely go back (with a smaller car ahah) »

« The property is nicely renovated but we were not aware of the .5 meter wide spiral steel staircase. I have severe arthritis in my knees and ankles and this staircase kept me grounded on the ground floor. There was a discrepancy between what VRBO charged me and what the owners thought they should receive. VRBO had to work on a settlement. The experience left a bitter taste. There is one feeder street that is one way, and the property is on a one way street. Catania Public Works had access closed...

"I have nothing but compliments about this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. I arrived 2 hours before checking with my daughter and the arrange everything for the room to be ready. Room is huge and clean with every little attention, the pool and the outside is a big plus. Breakfast is really great too. About the location, before arriving I read some comments about how it’s difficult to go to downtown without a cab or uber.. That’s a lie! You have a bus stop at 120 m with a BRT5 who drive you to downtown in less than 20 mn and they have bus during the day every 15/20 mn. I used this line for the entire trip to go to downtown, other locations to take other line to go to Taormina ect.. My stay here was awesome and my daughter absolutely loved it. Thanks to the staff who was lovely and accommodating."
