Hotel Castle Eaton

« Very reasonable price for a very good quality. Had everything expected. Nice crew. Clean and comfortable room. »

« Very nice downstairs room, including a very cool ceiling and a cozy wonderful warm atmosphere. The room was smaller than we expected, including the toilet, where it was hard to maneuver between the toilet and the sink. However, we managed just fine and we thought it was very good value for the price. Breakfast was wonderful! »

« Magnifique endroit. Service impeccable. Belle petite ville agréable à marcher »

« I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....

« Parking was under work »

« Nice stay in a room that was probably a mew before. Simple glazing for the windows. Did not bother us as we were is September. »

« Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again. »

« We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time. »

« I spent two weeks in this hotel for a business trip. I’m a disappointed about services in this hotel: no laundry service, no cleaning in the room during all the stay. The only explanation was due to Covid sanitary measures which is a bit uncontroversial when you see the staff with no masks and no respecting the sanitary measures… I’m a bit surprised abou »
