« This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. « Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! »

« A spacious, bright, airy apartment.
Very clean and modern and the air conditioning worked flawlessly - I can’t say that about too many places we’ve stayed.
It’s about a 20min walk into Como old town but we really appreciated getting away from the touristy part of town at the end of the day - plus seeing a more authentic Italy.
The host is very responsive and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

« The apartment was very nice and spacious . We spent the night so we would be close to the airport . I can’t comment on things to do in this area as we arrived Friday night in the dark . We did walk to a restaurant walking distance and it was delicious. Unfortunately we do not remember the name . »

« Top! Quartier très calme, à 10minutes en voiture du centre de Côme. Propriétaire très gentille, logement très propre, spacieux. Place de parking réservée dans sa cour fermée. Je recommande pour une escapade au lac de Côme. »
