Hotel Catasauqua

« we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

« I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone. »

« Bien que réservée depuis longtemps, la chambre n’était pas prêteà notre arrivée vers 16 hrs 15. Chambre non-fumeur avec une senteur de cigarettes. Un lit avec aucun drap. Direct sur le couvre-matelat et couvre lit. Une femme de chambre est venue nous porter un drap tout froissé et l’a jeté sur le lit. On a dû lui demander de faire le lit. On a aussi rapporté la cafetière qui était «croûtée «  pas seulement un peu sale........ dégueulasse. Beaucoup de saleté par terre dans les coins. Ala...
