« The room was clean but not inviting. The bed made a lot of noise like squeaky sounds, when I sat on the edge (and I’m not fat). Front desk staff was not friendly or very professional. Very casually dressed and there was a dog behind the counter. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs were chunky and the sausage was very pale, white, almost looked uncooked, hash browns were soggy, coffee was weak. The parking lot had a lot of potholes and just looked neglected. « Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected. »
