« 100 yr old hotel with updated furnishings, bathrooms, and elevator. Not so good...very small rooms. One stay was a room with a queen bed and a dbl bed and my luggage had to set on the unused bed & care taken to walk to the bathroom without clipping an ankle on the bed frame. The other stay had a double bed, no chair and no space to open baggage except on the unused half of the bed. »

« Beautiful location! Nice and quiet little studio with great views of the ocean. There is some road noise, but it isn’t bad. Very clean and has a small kitchen so you can cook without having to go out. Everyone we met in Sitka was wonderful and we had a great vacation. »

« Sitka is impressive for its views, history everywhere, and incredibly friendly people. This apartment is in the middle of the action. You look out at either all of the CruiseShip visitors (which is entertaining) or the Russian Orthodox Church with the mountains as a backdrop. Plenty of room in the apartment and everything you need...and if you do need something, the owners/managers are close and reactive. »
