« Fili Hotel is a great hotel. The check-in was smooth with very friendly and polite staff. I gave it a 4 star because of a mishap we encountered during our stay. We initially only booked for an overnight stay but decided to extend our stay for another night. Everything was great. I loved the room set-up and the bathroom. « The property-looks brand new, well maintained, & guest room is very nice-service are topnotch can beat several luxurious hotel in the US. Well-staffed property, can get help quick if needed. Warm, pleasant, friendly, wonderful, very eager to provide service in anyway possible with smile. The security guards who check the in & out transport with written logs, greeted at the door & open it. Front desks who answer questions to everything, dining staff who make sure the cup of hot coffee never empty...

« Everything was great except the dinner at the rooftop. We were waiting 50 minutes after the order to be served, as I booked my dinner the day before. But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice »
